  • We can accept bookings up to a month in length and depending on the length and dates of your stay we may be able to offer a discount, get in touch directly to discuss before you book!

  • Yes, we accept up to two dogs per cottage and charge an additional £20.00 per dog per stay. Your pampered pooch will also receive a doggy welcome pack when you arrive!

    Please confirm that you intend to bring your dog ahead of your stay so that we can be prepared :-)

  • Absolutely! Feel free to order a take-away or get a food shop delivered to you. Happy to accept any parcels on your behalf during your stay (although please let us know you are expecting something and we will keep an eye out for it for you!).

    We cannot accept any responsibility for items that arrive before or after your stay.

  • We allow free cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to check-in, after this point we retain 100% of the reservation unless we are able to get a replacement booking in which case, we will refund the amount of the replacement booking (i.e. it may be less than you have paid if we have discounted it to encourage a booking)

  • We promise to be the best value when you book direct on this website or when you call us for a quote. From time to time 3rd party sites can offer a greater discount, when this happens we will price match the booking and give a further 2% discount from the lowest price (proof of lower price required)

  • We ask for a 30% deposit to be paid within 3 days to secure your booking. We accept payments by way of bank transfer and the details of this will be provided at the time of your booking.
