Terms of service.

Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental is payable by way of BACS transfer on booking, when you place your booking you will receive a further email with instructions on how to transfer the sums.

Bookings are held for 3 working days only. The balance of the rental is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance, the total amount is payable on booking.

Cancellation

We strongly recommend that you take advantage of holiday cancellation insurance. In the event of a cancellation by you after the balance has been paid we will always refund the rental if we can re-let the cottage. However should re-letting be not possible then you will be liable for the balance of the tariff.

We understand that accidents happen, please tell us when they do. We want to make sure that all of our guests have access to a fully equipped cottage. For any deliberate or excessive damage we may need to charge you for any repair work undertaken in order to return the premises to the standard required for future guests
